Cristin M. Keegan's practice focuses in the areas of corporate law (mergers and acquisitions, reorganization and general company counseling), commercial real estate, technology contracts and trademark rights. Ms. Keegan has worked with national and multi-national companies and has experience in government contracts involving technology products and services.
Before joining Beattie Padovano, Ms. Keegan was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Dorothea O’C. Wefing, Presiding Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. While in law school, Ms. Keegan served as senior editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. She is the author of “Using Old Ideas to Catch New Infringers: How Courts Should Look to Patent Law to Apply Liability for Inducing Infringement”, Seton Hall Law Review, Volume 36, Book 3, Spring 2006. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Keegan was a technical associate at MSNBC. She is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and was formerly a member of the Hudson County Bar Association.
