Dana Cobb has extensive experience representing national and regional retail and commercial clients in the areas of retail, office and industrial leasing, construction matters, loan transactions and purchases and sales of businesses and commercial real estate.

Immediately before joining the Firm, Mr. Cobb served as Vice President-Legal at R.H. Macy & Co., Inc., where he had extensive experience in handling corporate, construction and real estate matters. Prior to that, he was Senior Attorney at Volkswagen of America, Inc. where he had primary responsibility for legal matters involving VoA’s construction and real estate subsidiary, Vorelco, Inc.  Mr. Cobb started his legal career as an Associate in the Real Estate Department of a large firm based in New York where he gained exposure to a broad range of construction, leasing, lending and purchase and sale transactions.

Mr. Cobb is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the bar associations of New Jersey, New York and Bergen County.
