John Boehler is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Boehler is a 2014 graduate of Rutgers Law School –Newark where he was the winner of the 2013 Nathan Baker Mock Trial Competition and the Articles Editor for the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science in 2011 from Bucknell University. Mr. Boehler has appeared and argued before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the District of New Jersey, and New Jersey Superior Court.
Prior to joining Beattie Padovano, Mr. Boehler worked in private practice in northern New Jersey. He worked as the pro bono attorney for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp in the District of New Jersey. Mr. Boehler also worked as the Program Coordinator for a public interest law firm in Newark, New Jersey where he oversaw six associate attorneys representing low and moderate-income New Jersey residents.
