Roger Breslin, a Member of Beattie Padovano for more than 20 years before becoming Counsel to the Firm, served as Prosecutor of Bergen County from 1977 to 1982. He is a past member of the National District Attorneys Association, the County Prosecutors Association of New Jersey (President 1980-1981) and the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court.

Mr. Breslin was an officer in the U.S. Navy from 1959-1961.  He has served as a member of the Holy Name Hospital Board of Trustees and the Board of Trustees of HUGS, Inc., a non-profit organization assisting inner city residents.  He also coached grammar school basketball at St. Joseph’s Parish in Oradell for 12 years.
