An Introduction to New Jersey Environmental Law: 2019/2020

Daniele Cervino lectured on the topic of Solid and Hazardous Waste Management at An Introduction to New Jersey Environmental Law: 2019/2020 sponsored by NJICLE which was held on October 2, 2019.  

This full-day program was designed to give the non-environmental attorney a "bird's eye" overview of the broad spectrum of areas that are subject to both state and federal regulations, as well as a review of relevant protocols, strategies for compliance and key enforcement issues you need to know.

The Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey has approved this program for 7.9 hours of total CLE credit. Of these,1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
