A.J. Morgenstern is an associate in the Firm’s Land Use Department. His practice focuses on zoning, land use, and real estate development.

Prior to joining Beattie Padovano, Mr. Morgenstern worked in private practice representing cooperative corporations, condominium associations, and homeowners associations.

Mr. Morgenstern is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law. While attending law school, he was the Managing Articles Editor for the Journal of International Business and Law. Mr. Morgenstern earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from Boston University.
