Blake Browning joined the Firm's commercial real estate practice group in 2024. His practice focuses on all aspects in commercial real estate with an emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and covenant drafting associated with homeowners associations and condominiums.
Blake represents a variety of real estate buyers and sellers on the acquisition and disposition of both commercial and residential properties. Additionally, he represents both landlords and tenants in retail and office leases. He has also represented many of the premier national homebuilders on both single family and multi-family projects including single family homes, condominiums, and mixed-use communities. He most recently worked at the law firm Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh, P.C., in Arlington, Virginia where he exclusively practiced commercial real estate.
Blake received his Bachelor of Arts from Hampden-Sydney College in 2014 and received his Juris Doctorate from Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University in 2017. While in law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Virginia State Bar Association, and Bergen County Bar Association.
