Beattie Padovano Defends Land Use Approvals in North Bergen

Beattie Padovano successfully defended land use approvals for a mixed-use development containing 457 apartment units, 9,190 square feet of office space and a 10,480 square-foot daycare facility in North Bergen that had been obtained by a redeveloper.  In the lawsuit filed by an objector, the redeveloper was represented by Daniel L. Steinhagen, Esq.  Mr. Steinhagen successfully navigated the issues raised at trial and obtained a post-trial dismissal of the action with prejudice on August 14, 2025, with the objector voluntarily relinquishing its rights to appeal.
