Barbara Martin focuses on Estate Planning, Trusts, Estate Administration, and Elder Law. With wide-ranging experience drafting wills, complex trusts and counseling clients on asset protection, Medicaid planning, and long-term care issues, Martin works with executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries on probate matters, succession issues in closely held entities, the purchase and sale of those entities, and more.
