On October 21, 2025, Counsel to the firm, Barbara M. Martin, Esq. presented a seminar entitled “Estate Planning Like a Pro” for new attorneys sponsored by The Knowledge Group. The two-hour seminar provided a broad-based overview of estate planning concepts, the incorporation of trusts and New Jersey Inheritance Tax assessments. Ms. Martin also provided some “tips” for newly admitted attorney to use when assessing clients’ needs.
