Conor O’Shaughnessy is an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation & Appeals department. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. He represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining Beattie Padovano, Conor clerked for the Honorable Margaret M. Foti, Presiding Criminal Judge Superior Court, Bergen County.  While clerking, he assisted with conducting legal research, preparing case summaries, and drafting opinions for Judge Foti’s full docket, which included two homicide trials. While in law school, he interned for then New Jersey District Court Magistrate Judge the Honorable Zahid N. Quraishi.

Conor is a 2022 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law. During law school, he was a Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Record. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tufts University.

Before attending law school, Conor worked in commercial construction management.  He worked for a major North American real estate development company as a project manager, overseeing construction of commercial office space for tenants.
