Gabriella (Gabby) Pascarelli is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on all areas of civil and commercial litigation.

Gabby is a member of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court, New Jersey Bar Association, and the Bergen County Bar Association; Young Lawyers Division.

Prior to joining Beattie Padovano, Gabby clerked for the Honorable Christopher R. Kazlau, J.S.C., Superior Court, Bergen County.

Gabby is a 2022 graduate from Quinnipiac University School of Law. During law school, she was a member of the Mock Trial Team. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a minor in Pre-law at Gordon College. While attending Gordon College, she was a member and two-year captain of the Gordon College Dance Team.

Representative Matters

  • Represented a Dance Competition Company against a competitor Dance Competition Company involving misappropriation of Trade Secrets in United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
  • Represented a limited liability company, in connection with a personal injury claim allegedly occurring during the construction of a building owned by the client.  The plaintiff alleged the client acted as general contractor for the construction of the building in question and failed to oversee safety.  Multiple insurers, including the subcontractor’s carrier, and the client’s carrier disclaimed coverage.  The client asserted third-party claims in connection with the disclaimers of coverage.
  • Represents beneficiaries under a Will against claims of undue influence and lack of capacity where valuable real estate was left to the only care-taking child.
  • Represents employee in action against major pharmaceutical employer in case involving claims for sexual assault and discrimination.
  • Represents shareholders in a litigation concerning breach of fiduciary duty and related corporate mismanagement wherein the shareholders seek disgorgement under New York’s Faithless Servant Doctrine of cash compensation and a valuable option from the subject LLC’s chief executive.
  • Represents a limited liability company in a quiet title/adverse possession action relating to multiple commercial properties.
  • Represents a manufacturer in federal litigation against a leading competitor involving misappropriation of trade secrets and claims under the Lanham Act and Sherman Act.
  • Represents purchaser of commercial real estate in an action alleging breach of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and related violations.
