James (Jim) Zarrillo is a Member of the firm's Commercial Litigation & Appeals group. His practice covers a broad range of litigation matters at the trial and appellate level, as well as before alternative dispute forums including AAA and JAMS.

Known for his caring, effective professional service, Jim has skillfully handled a number of complex cases for the firm’s clients as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. His practice includes shareholder and corporate disputes, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, estate litigation, general commercial litigation and environmental litigation.

Jim served as Law Clerk to the Honorable James T. Murphy, J.S.C., Superior Court, Bergen County, New Jersey for the 1997-1998 term.
