Maggie Minas is an associate in the Firm’s Land Use, Development, Redevelopment, and Affordable Housing practice group.
Maggie is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association, Young Lawyers’ Division.
Before joining Beattie Padovano, Maggie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David V. Nasta, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. In that role, she gained extensive experience in motion practice, conducted in-depth legal research, assisted in settlement conferences, and drafted judicial opinions.
Maggie earned her J.D. in 2024 from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she served as a Senior Associate of the Environmental Law Review and as Internal Director of the Advocacy Program. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism, with a minor in Legal Studies, from Rutgers University–Newark. She is fluent in Arabic.
