Charles (Chuck) Rabolli is counsel to the Firm. He is part of the Land Use Department; and represents clients in commercial transactions, commercial litigation, estate planning and tax appeals.
Chuck has extensive experience at the intersection of the courts and the public. He has been a court appointed rent receiver, court appointed attorney for alleged incapacitated persons; condemnation commissioner, superior court arbitrator; attorney fee arbitrator; municipal prosecutor and municipal public defender.
Chuck is the Haledon Planning Board attorney.
Chuck is immediate past Chair of the Mahwah Zoning Board of Adjustment, and past President of the Passaic County Bar Association.
Chuck began his legal career as a law clerk to former Bergen County Assignment Judge Peter E. Doyne.
