Brenda Stewart practices in the area of Commercial Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial and Banking Law, with an emphasis on Community Association Law. She handles all aspects of commercial and residential sales and leasing issues for individual home buyers as well as large national corporations. She has worked with a number of large developers in major common interest ownership communities from the planning stages of development to registration with the department of community affairs. In addition, she has also assisted many community boards in establishing and promoting efficient and effective working relationships and communications with unit owners, and works as a transactional attorney for several non-profits.

As an Adjunct Faculty Member with American Public University System from 2012-2017, Brenda taught online courses in Legal Studies, including Constitutional Law, Ethics, Real Estate Law for Paralegals, and Military Law. Brenda has been involved in several service organizations such as the Bergen County II Ethics Committee and the New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection, the latter of which she formerly chaired. Brenda has also volunteered with Pony Power Therapies, a therapeutic horseback riding academy in Mahwah, New Jersey, and served as Treasurer of the Tuxedo Performing Arts Group. Brenda donates regularly to animal rescue organizations.
