Jeanette Odynski's practice at Beattie Padovano is concentrated in the fields of commercial real estate and corporate finance. She represents clients ranging in size from individuals and closely held businesses to large, publicly traded companies in various real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions and leases. She also counsels institutional lenders, borrowers and developers in various commercial lending transactions, including real estate acquisition loans, asset-based loans, refinancings and construction financing. In addition, she has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate.
Jeanette received her J.D. from the Washington College of Law in 1992, and graduated with a B.A. in economics from Barnard College in 1988. She is a member of the New Jersey and Bergen County Bar Associations.
