Barbara Martin represents her clients on a variety of estate planning, trusts, estate administration and elder law matters. She has extensive experience in drafting complex trusts and counsels clients on asset protection, Medicaid planning and long-term care issues. She represents executors, administrators, trustees, beneficiaries and guardians in estate and trust proceedings.

Barbara has counseled clients on succession issues in closely held entities as well as the purchase and sale of these entities. In addition, she has handled numerous residential real estate transactions and served as general counsel for 501c(3) non-profits.

Barbara is a frequent speaker on Estates, Trusts and Elder Law Issues. She is admitted to practice law in both the New Jersey State and Federal Bars as well as the New York State Bar. She is a graduate of Rutgers University (1996) and Seton Hall Law School (1999) and served as Law Clerk to Hon. Stephen A. Mochary, J.S.C.
